Cultivated Aquatics

I think it is about time, that we here in Clarksville, have access to an outstanding store for aquascaping, planted gardens and fish hobbyists! Finally!!! I have traveled to many fish stores, in the USA and abroad, and this store ranks in my top 5 favorites. I can easily compare Cultivated Aquatics to some of the best Aquascaping stores I have visited in Europe, which are the best I've ever visited. What you get from the experience will enhance your passion for this aquatic hobby. Not only are the fish healthy and tanks clean, the variety of aquatic and terristrial plants blows away any stores in this state that I know of. You get a true sense of the passion that was put into the setup and care of the store. This is a hard feeling to convey, but I think they nailed it. There are a variety of dry goods, quality brands available and ready to go here. I found their prices to be reasonable and comparable to current market expectations. You will see how much they care just in the quality and variety of the livestock alone. If you are looking for a new favorite store in the Clarksville TN area, this is it!

Best aquatic shop in Clarksville! All of the animals are well taken care of, and the store is always super clean. They have a wide selection of fish/aquatic animals that you won’t find anywhere else in Clarksville. Everything is fairly priced, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I’ve purchased a Super Red Pleco and multiple pieces of driftwood, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchases!

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Their fish are absolutely beautiful, healthy, and clearly cared for. I bought my first Ultum Nature Systems 90LA Dual All-In-One tank from them, and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. They are incredibly patient, helpful, and passionate about the hobby. They answered every question I had, gave honest advice, and never once made me feel pressured. It’s rare to find a store that genuinely cares about both their animals and their customers the way they do. The store itself is clean, well organized, and full of high-quality fish, plants, and aquarium supplies. You can tell they put a lot of love and effort into everything they do. Their aquascaping talent is incredible—every tank in the store is beautifully designed and honestly mesmerizing to look at. I left feeling even more excited about the hobby, and I can’t recommend them enough. I’ll definitely be coming back for all of my future aquarium needs!

I randomly told my husband I wanted a beta fish one day and he told me we’re going to do it the right way if I truly wanted one, so we randomly came to cultivated aquatics and I’m so glad we did! We worked with the owners from the start who set us up with everything and gave us tips along the way. We never felt pressured and all of our questions were answered. We were able to get our tank properly cycled and purchased all of our tank friends from them with no issues at all. We now have a beautiful and thriving planted tank thanks to these guys!!!

First of all, the store is amazing. Very clean, professional, and every fishtank looks great. All the fishes were in good health, active, and they had a very solid variety. Yes, their prices are slightly higher than other local fish stores, but you’re supporting a local business as opposed to a chain store. I purchased 4 Bolivian rams, and they are currently fly shifting through sand and look amazing in my 125g South American tank (2 angelfish, severum, and a school of tetras). I’m already looking forward to my next visit, and I might even dust off my spare 40g to get some more fishes from them. I’m a sucker for cherry barns and a large planted tank with them would look amazing!
